Ashley is an enthusiastic, hands-on, caring, and compassionate educator with 8 years of teaching experience in the public school setting, 4 years of teaching and administrative experience in early childhood settings, and 7 years of experience delivering professional development to early childhood & K-12 educators. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education & Middle-Level Math, all while graduating Suma Cum Laude, from Cabrini University. Ashley earned her Master’s Degree in Education from Cabrini University, as well as a Reading Specialist Certification. To add to her reading expertise, she is also a certified educator for teaching the Wilson Reading System.

Ashley has a heart for creative lesson planning, individualized education plans, and tools to meet the needs of any classroom style.  She is dedicated to creating a challenging and supportive inquiry-based learning environment for all participants in PD’s and students in the classroom. As a skilled literacy professional, Ashley has a specified background in its integration with cultural competency. She leads professional development opportunities in the areas of reading strategies and educational technology integration.


Ashley is highly sought after by professional organizations to help them provide methods to implement a strong digital presence. She has a knack & love for building websites and creating marketing materials that assist organizations while clearly communicating their vision and mission through brochures, infographics, ads,  business cards, & more! In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending it with her husband and three children, Levi (11), Kent (3), & Caylix (2).
