Background & Bio
Courtney D. Jackson has worked in childcare for nearly 20 years. Courtney was Educated at the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She is currently working towards her Master’s Degree in Child and Family Counseling at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va.
Courtney’s childcare career started at New Life Child and Family Development Center where she started as a volunteer and worked her way up over several years to Interim Director. Courtney has worked as a personal care assistant at The Pathway School, working with children who are behaviorally challenged. Courtney also worked as a social worker in the Montgomery and Bucks County helping parents reunite with their children. Courtney also served as Director of St. Francis Early Learning Center. During her time as director, Courtney was able to take the struggling center from the brink of closure to full compliance according to the Department of Human Services Regulations. Courtney coached the staff through difficult times while also helping them to become more efficient educators through the art of goal setting. Her expertise as an educator, supervisor, social worker, and behavioral health worker, make her a highly sought after consultant.
