You’ve tried to crack the whip and get healthy. It hasn’t worked because every motivation for successful,permanent lifestyle changes that you’ve examined thus far has been temporary. Let’s now look at a “Living Strong Strong” approach to solid motivations for successful, permanent weight loss. Living Strong explores the power of finding the motivation for a healthy lifestyle in 4 anchor categories. Each one focusing on the “why” for healthy choices over just “what” to do to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
Living Strong offers a  wellness series that speaks to the whole person- mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Through weekly Walking and Running Clubs, a Fitness Blog on Facebook, and the wellness group,Team Chayil, we challenge leaders to get off the diet roller coaster and connect with the reason “why” they deserve a life of abundance, instead of focusing on the often overwhelming  “what” behind healthy or unhealthy choices. She invites leaders to take the call to live victorious, full lives…  in every area.
